1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Immersive Bliss platform on Apple Vision Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Changes to Terms
Immersive Bliss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via an email associated with your account or through an in-app notification.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Immersive Bliss platform. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. This age restriction is in line with Apple's guidelines for Vision Pro apps.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. b. Maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary. c. Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. d. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
Immersive Bliss may offer subscription services and / or pay-per-show access. By subscribing or purchasing content, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's payment systems, and additional terms from Apple may apply.
5.1 Subscription
Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
5.2 Pay-Per-Show
Individual shows are available for purchase on a per-show basis.
The price for each show will be displayed prior to purchase.
Refunds for individual purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies and may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
5.3 Event Ticketing
Tickets for special events may be available for purchase through the platform.
Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Virtual Currency
Immersive Bliss may offer virtual currency for use within the platform. Virtual currency is:
Non-transferable.
Non-refundable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Does not expire, unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If an expiration policy is implemented, clear terms will be provided, including advance notice of any upcoming expirations.
7. Content Ownership and Licensing
All content available on the Immersive Bliss platform, including videos, graphics, and text, is owned by Immersive Bliss or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.1. Third-party Licensors of Content
The Immersive Bliss platform may include content provided by third-party producers. This content is owned by the producer and licensed to Immersive Bliss as is, under a contract that clearly states the responsibility for such content remains with the Producer. Immersive Bliss does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for such third-party content. You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party content is at your own risk, and Immersive Bliss is not responsible or liable for any damages or losses arising from your interaction with such content.
7.2 User-Generated Content
If the platform starts allowing for user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Immersive Bliss a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. This license is:
Worldwide
Royalty-free
For the duration of your content's presence on the platform
Limited to uses necessary for the operation and promotion of the Immersive Bliss platform
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
7.2 Intellectual Property Usage
The Immersive Bliss name, logo, and other trademarks are the exclusive property of Immersive Bliss. You may only use Immersive Bliss content for personal, non-commercial purposes such as reviews or commentary, provided you comply with fair use principles and provide appropriate attribution.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. b. Share your account credentials with others. c. Circumvent any technological measures used by Immersive Bliss to control access to the platform. d. Share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains harmful or offensive material, or is otherwise prohibited by these Terms. e. Use the platform in any way that could interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service or compromise the safety and well-being of others.
9. Vision Pro Specific Terms
9.1 Safety Warnings
Take regular breaks during extended use of the Immersive Bliss app on Vision Pro.
Be aware of your physical surroundings while using the app to avoid accidents.
If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or motion sickness, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if symptoms persist.
9.2 Sensor and Camera Usage
The Immersive Bliss app utilizes Vision Pro's sensors and cameras to provide an immersive experience. Our app adheres to Apple's privacy guidelines for Vision Pro applications. Any processing of spatial data required for the app's functionality is not transmitted to our servers. We comply with all Apple requirements regarding data collection and use on the Vision Pro platform.
10. Content Moderation
10.1 Content Guidelines
In case the platform starts allowing users generated content or comments, you must adhere to our content guidelines when creating or sharing content on the platform. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal content
Hate speech or discrimination
Explicit sexual content
Graphic violence
Personal information of others without consent
10.2 Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report inappropriate content by emailing contact@immersivebliss.com
Reported content will be reviewed by our team.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
11. Data Collection and Privacy
Immersive Bliss collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Key points include:

How data is used (e.g., we do NOT sell your data; used to provide and improve services)
Data sharing practices (e.g., with service providers)

12. Accessibility
Immersive Bliss is committed to making our platform accessible to all users. We strive to comply with relevant accessibility standards and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our app. If you encounter any accessibility issues, please contact our support team.
13. Updates and Maintenance
We regularly update the Immersive Bliss app to improve functionality and add new features.
Users will be notified of significant updates through in-app notifications or email.
Occasional service interruptions may occur for maintenance. We will strive to provide advance notice for any planned interruptions.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immersive Bliss and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another, including claims related to any third-party content licensed and distributed in our platform.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, social media platforms, and content providers. Immersive Bliss is not responsible for the practices, content, or privacy policies of these third parties, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
16. Termination
Immersive Bliss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to the platform or other users, or for any other reason at Immersive Bliss's sole discretion.
16.1 Termination Process
Users will be notified via email of account termination, including the reason for termination.
Users may appeal a termination decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of termination.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated content or virtual currency.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
17.1 Disclaimers
The Immersive Bliss platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Immersive Bliss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
17.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immersive Bliss and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
a. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
b. Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
c. Any content obtained from the platform.
d. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall Immersive Bliss's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amounts paid by you to Immersive Bliss over the past twelve (12) months, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, or in a location agreed upon by the involved parties, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
19.1 Arbitration Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement. To opt out, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the date that you first became subject to this arbitration provision. You must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of this arbitration agreement.
19.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding disputes with Immersive Bliss.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Immersive Bliss, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immersive Bliss regarding the platform and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the platform.
22. Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Any claims related to the app should be directed to Immersive Bliss, not Apple. Your use of this app is also subject to the terms of your agreement with Apple.
23. International Use
Immersive Bliss is only currently available in the United States Apple app store. If you're accessing the app from outside the United States, you're responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
